Active Life:

Boost your fitness and stamina with this gentle cardio workout for the over 50s

Aerobics:

Follow choreographed moves to boost fitness and coordination

Body Attack:

Super intense interval-training to improve strength and stamina

Body Combat:

Non-contact combat training from Karate, Kickboxing & Tae Kwon-do

Body Pump:

Use weights and resistance-based exercises to work the whole body

Circuit Workout:

perform timed cardio and resistance-based workouts in a circuit

Group Cycle:

Send your heart rate through the roof as you pedal away to electrifying music

Pilates:

Strengthen core muscles and promote postural awareness

Step:

Step, jump, kick and squat on and off a block to shape your legs and bum

Studio Mix:

Combine high-energy cardio and intense toning exercises to blast calories

Zumba:

Tone and sculpt all over with fiery Latin music and sexy, urban dance moves
