Aerobics:

Aerotone:

Combination of high-energy cardio and intense toning exercises

Body Attack:

Super intense interval-training to improve strength and stamina

Body Combat:

Non-contact combat training from Karate, Kickboxing & Tae Kwon-do

Body Pump:

Use weights and resistance-based exercises to work the whole body.

Circuits:

perform timed cardio and resistance-based workouts in a circuit

Crunch:

A super-intense boxing workout on the pads combined with killer ab exercises.

Fit Fifties:

Gentle cardio workout to boost fitness, stamina and flexibility

Hatha Yoga:

Physically demanding Yoga oves build strength, flexibility and balance.

Legs, Bums and Tums:

Tone up with body bars, hand weights and stability balls

Nike Training Club:

Train like a pro with this exciting multi-dimensional workout

Pilates:

Strengthen core muscles and promote postural awareness

Running Club:

Run the great outdoors in a group, with different routes and challenges every week.

Step:

Step, jump, kick and squat on and off a block to shape your legs and bum

V-Core:

Intense training for abs and lower back muscles

V-Cycle:

Pedal your excess pounds away with body pumping beats in the gym

V-Tread:

Race against your fellow runners for an exhilirating cardio blast

Zumba:

Tone and sculpt all over with fiery Latin music and sexy, urban dance moves.
