Our brand new sport inspired group workout designed by Nike will take you to a whole new level of fitness.
Nike Training Club is all about teamwork, competition and camaraderie. Focus on STRENGTH, CARDIO, CORE, BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY in the ultimate workout based on skills and drills used by world class athletes.
Mondays 0930 & Tuesdays 1900
- ZUMBA
Tone and sculpt all over with fiery Latin music and sexy, urban dance moves.
Mondays 1030, Wednesdays 1900 & Saturdays 1000
- RUNNING CLUB
Run the great outdoors in a group, with different routes and challenges every week.
